Paginated list ops accept --filter <STRING>. The generated FilterExpression type is a serde_json::Value newtype; today we wrap the CLI string as FilterExpression(Value::String(s)). Add support for raw JSON filters: --filter '@/path.json', --filter - (stdin), or --filter '{"field":"name","op":"eq","value":"x"}'. Likely reuse util::read_body semantics.\n\nAffects every cmd module exposing --filter.

Implemented in f160869: util::read_filter and read_filter_expr accept @path / - / raw forms uniformly; applied to every paginated list arm across all 12 command groups.
